By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bdtkl platform (available at bdtkl.com and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and API-accessible interfaces), you — the user — acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bdtkl.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an account on bdtkl, must not deposit any funds, and must not place any bets or participate in any games offered on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

bdtkl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bdtkl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact email associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms each time you use the platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policy documents including bdtkl's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a more specific document, the more specific document shall take precedence in relation to the subject matter it governs, unless otherwise stated.

Access to bdtkl and all services offered on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

• You are aged 18 years or older. bdtkl operates an absolute minimum age of 18 and does not permit any exception to this rule under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of bdtkl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from bdtkl through the self-exclusion process, and your account has not been closed by bdtkl for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in contravention of any laws or regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction by accessing or using the platform.

bdtkl enforces age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. All players are required to submit valid identity documentation — including a government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before withdrawal requests will be processed and before certain account features are made available.

If bdtkl has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance, and require documentary proof of age before any further action is taken. Where an account is confirmed to belong to an underage individual, the account will be permanently closed and the balance returned to the funding source.

To access the full range of services on bdtkl — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted by the registration form.

The information required during registration includes, but may not be limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active bdtkl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdtkl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits without prior notice.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdtkl username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdtkl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdtkl immediately at [email protected].

Account Verification (KYC): bdtkl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to review account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by bdtkl may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

bdtkl accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. The use of a bdtkl account for any business purpose, money transfer service, payment processing on behalf of third parties, or any activity inconsistent with recreational gambling is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on bdtkl — including deposits, withdrawals, and wager settlements — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdtkl does not operate multi-currency accounts and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction.

Supported Payment Methods: bdtkl currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current availability is displayed at the time of transaction on your bdtkl account dashboard.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bdtkl balance within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• bdtkl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which bdtkl accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account or card that is registered in the same name as the bdtkl account holder.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification is complete and approved.
• bdtkl aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• bdtkl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds defined internal thresholds.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

Responsible Use of Funds: All funds deposited into a bdtkl account must originate from legitimate personal sources. bdtkl maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls and cooperates fully with applicable financial reporting requirements. Any deposits that trigger AML review protocols may be subject to a temporary hold while verification is conducted.

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and crash-game activity on bdtkl is subject to the general rules set out in this section and to any additional game-specific or event-specific rules published on the relevant market or game page. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rule shall take precedence.

Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on bdtkl are subject to acceptance by the platform. bdtkl reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where maximum liability thresholds have been reached, where market integrity concerns exist, or where technical issues affect odds calculation. A bet is only confirmed when a confirmation message and unique bet reference number are displayed in your account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and may vary by market, sport, game type, and player account status. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by bdtkl at any time without prior notice.

Cricket and Sports Betting: Live and pre-match markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC championships, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other cricket and sports events are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body. In the case of match abandonment, postponement, or interruption, settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific rule published on the bdtkl cricket betting page.

Live Dealer Casino: All live dealer games — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, andar bahar, dragon tiger, and teen patti — are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed in the game interface. bdtkl's role is that of a platform provider; the game outcome is determined entirely by the game provider's certified RNG or by live dealing procedures.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual titles are published by the game provider and are available within the game information panel. bdtkl does not alter the RTP of any game supplied by third-party studios.

Crash Games (Go Rush & Slide): Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Players must manually cash out before the crash event occurs. bdtkl is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to cash out prior to the crash event, from connectivity issues, or from device-side technical failures during gameplay.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game outcome — including pricing errors caused by technical faults — bdtkl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's bdtkl account balance. bdtkl will not honour winnings derived from a known technical malfunction, human error, or pricing error regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the platform.

bdtkl offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to specific promotion Terms published on each offer's detail page. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific Terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion Terms, all bonus funds and free-bet winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to a specific bonus is stated on the promotion detail page. Wagering requirements must be met within any stated time limit; bonuses not wagered within the time limit will expire and be removed from your account.

Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are available to first-time depositing accounts only, one per player, one per household, and one per shared device or IP address. bdtkl reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where evidence of abuse — including the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is detected.

Bonus Abuse: The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing low-risk or opposing bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Using bonus funds in restricted game categories where stated by the promotion Terms.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotional offer.

Changes to Promotions: bdtkl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already met the eligibility criteria for an active promotion at the time of cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. No compensation will be owed to players in respect of a cancelled promotion unless explicitly stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdtkl. Breach of any of the prohibitions in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting forged KYC documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform in any way.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to achieve an unfair outcome in any poker, casino, or competitive game format offered on bdtkl. This includes chip dumping, soft play, and any form of coordinated betting intended to guarantee a combined profit.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the platform without explicit written permission from bdtkl.
• Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of a sports event's outcome, or participating in or facilitating any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of an event on which betting markets are offered.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, pricing error, or technical fault in the bdtkl platform or in any game provided on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using bdtkl — including its deposit, wagering, and withdrawal functionality — as a mechanism to launder, conceal, or transfer funds of criminal origin.
• Chargebacks: Fraudulently reversing a legitimate deposit transaction via your bank or mobile money provider after using the deposited funds to place bets on bdtkl.
• Underage Access: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to a bdtkl account by any person under the age of 18.

bdtkl employs a dedicated fraud and integrity team that monitors account activity, betting patterns, and transaction flows on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdtkl will act swiftly and without prior warning. Any balance within a suspended or closed account will be held pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

bdtkl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion. The following are the most common grounds on which bdtkl may take action against an account:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by bdtkl.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• A player's self-exclusion request submitted via bdtkl's responsible gaming tools.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Unresolved chargeback disputes initiated by the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligations that require bdtkl to restrict access to the platform for specific accounts.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their bdtkl account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through bdtkl's responsible gaming tools or by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted and no new deposits or bets will be accepted. bdtkl strongly encourages any player experiencing gambling-related difficulties to make use of this tool without delay.

Effects of Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary, at bdtkl's discretion, or as a result of self-exclusion — all pending bets that were placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules and any resulting winnings returned to the player. Bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
